Well it has been a few weeks since I last blogged, I lost the urge quickly this time. It may also have something to do with the lack of traffic/interaction with visitors, which is most likely my fault. So in the new, I purchased a hiptop slide at the start of this week, it is brilliant, I am blogging from it right now.

previous week

Well this last week has been quite great, on Wednesday night a bunch of us went out to the crown for tea, for Samantha's eighteenth birthday. We all ordered chicken schnitzel parmigiana and we got a bonus pudding. After dinner we all went and visited the local xxx store, was fairly humorous, and icky. Later on we all went to Ambers new apartment, and had drinks, played singstar, which is pretty much the greatest thing when you're drunk.

Regan, Michelle, Sam(of coarse) and I stayed at Sam's house, in the morning we all woke up and I dropped Michelle to school, Sam to work, we got Mcdonalds, mmmm yum. I had to drop Regan off at Jasmines house so she could go see Prince Caspian at Nourlunga Cinemas. I decided to hang around home.

Today I slept in which was a nice change!
I visited some of the local op shops, discount stores and found myself a nice 70's style leather chair, a cane hutch bookshelf and a really cool wooden fold up deck chair, all up they cost me $85 which I thought was pretty fair.

new addition to the family

Well today was an eventful day, to say the least. To start off I was at Regan's house last night, at a get together with a few friends, after most people had left we went into the bathroom where I tried my first pipe of weed, not a big fan, I must say. It burnt my throat and it tasted horrible, not going to go there again anytime soon, LOL. The night was fun though, got to see people again which was nice.

"Vegas Antoinette"

We went to sleep around 3am or so, when we got up Regan, Michelle & I went to saltwater cafe for brunch, we all ordered chicken schnitzel burgers, accompanying mine was a nice mochacino. We then headed to the newsagent and purchased some reads, then we headed to the pet shop, when I fell in love with this little guy(pictured above). I named my new little budgie "Vegas Antoinette", was going to be called "Marie Antoinette" although he is male, so Vegas suited. When I arrived home, I was unable to get into the house, the key wouldn't unlock the door, after much struggle I ended up having to call the locksmith to come out, that cost a whole $55.
But at least I am inside now which is always something to smile about.
